The Club staff and committee remain intent on bringing our membership a wonderful experience each and every time you visit the Club. Last month's survey has assisted us in identifying some areas of service that need improvement or change. Your feedback is required in order to fully understand and anticipate where the Club should focus its energy. The survey was mailed to each member along with notification that participation was available through the Club website also--www.sagemeadows.com. The survey was also made available at the clubhouse. We will always want to know your concerns, ideas, suggestions and praises. This will allow us to constantly utilize our resources and services in the best manner. Our suggestion box remains in the foyer at the clubhouse.

Based on the results of the survey, our restaurant is in the process of implementing the following plans.
We plan to better use the main banquet room for dining.
We plan to purchase 4-top tables to help provide a better dining atmosphere. We will move our present lounge furniture back into the area.Our staff will bring other furniture and amenities as member usage expands and our budget allows. Some of the current ideas presented have been an additional flat screen tv, music, and soft lounge furniture.
Snacks on the Golf Course
Our staff will operate a snack golf cart around the course on Saturdays and Sundays. Hours of service will depend on the number of players on the course.

We are presenting this idea to the POA Board and your Club Committee. Suggestions range from building a snack bar to delivering from the Clubhouse, and vending machines. We will ask the POA Board to approve a plan and commence it in the next few weeks.
Healthier Menu Choices in the Restaurant
We will add non-fried items to the menu. Our restaurant staff will meet with food vendors, restaurant managers and consultants to determine what our kitchen facilities can best offer our customers.
More Kid-Friendly Menu Items
Our staff will design a children's menu.
Thank you for participating in our survey and supporting the Club. Please plan to visit our restaurant in the coming weeks to see these updates as they develop. We are in our fifth month of operation. Many positive changes have come to Sage Meadows Country Club since January. Our success we will allow us to continue improving our operations and facilities.
